We swapped out our old cameras for the new Tru Colour ones, and wow, I was not let down. Ahmet is super knowledgeable and professional; he explained everything from the get-go about what he’d be doing and where the new cameras would be placed. In just a few hours, the old system was taken down, and all six new cameras were operational. Ahmet and his crew worked like a well-oiled machine, leaving everything neat and tidy—very impressive! The new cameras are fantastic, and the quality is out of this world, especially at night—it’s like it’s daytime! The wires are cleverly concealed and match the building perfectly—just wow! Ahmet and his team did an outstanding job taking out my old coax-connected cameras and recorder that had stopped working. They set up a new recorder and connected it via Ethernet to some modern cameras, all without making a mess. Ahmet took the time to walk me through how the system operates and got the viewing app set up on my phone. The difference between the old cameras, which were top-notch back in the day, and the new ones is incredible, especially with the detail and the added perk of color at night.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. From beginning to end, Ahmet and his team have shown themselves to be polite, super knowledgeable, and hardworking. We had an eight-camera setup put in to replace an old coax system that was on its last legs. CCTVAware was willing to travel a bit beyond their usual area to get the new system installed. They offered great advice on where to place the cameras, took special care with the historic buildings they were working on, managed some tricky cabling, and made sure everything was installed as neatly and discreetly as possible. Their follow-up service was outstanding, guiding me through specific settings when I wanted to tweak one of the cameras and even giving remote help when I hit a snag. And to top it all off, they used the latest equipment and did the whole job for two-thirds of the lowest quote I had received.

I wouldn't think twice about recommending these folks to anyone in need of a CCTV setup. They really know their stuff!
